Culinary Arts students have prepared a Blackened Steak Salad for the Tech Campus Delicatessen/Cafe sold for $4.
Medium-Rare Flank Steak
Romaine Lettuce
Marinated Mushrooms
Sliced Red Onions
Crumbled Bleu Cheese
Hard Boiled Eggs
Green Olives
Topped with Crispy Shallots
Served with a Red Wine Vinaigrette
