The Culinary Arts Program regularly prepares lunch for school staff members on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Below is the menu of delicious creations that the Culinary Arts students have prepared today.
Soup: Chicken with vegetables in a tomato broth.
Entree: Grilled flank steak (medium) with Chimichuri sauce (parley, garlic, oil, vinegar, tomatoes, and green onions)
Side: Roasted red potatoes marinated with lemon and herbs.
Side: Rosemary roasted fall vegetables. Acorn squash, peppers, carrots, fennel, and onion.
Desert: Chocolate Cake
Other: Shrimp filled spring rolls with dipping sauces

I had lunch there today and it was fantastic! How do they do it all the time?
The chocolate cake was fantastic!! I have never had such a delicious chocolate cake in my life!!
