The Tech Campus recruitment season will kick off this Thursday, December 1, at Round Lake High School. Student ambassadors from Round Lake HS interested in assisting with these efforts, please see Ms. Martin. Next week will include Mundelein High School on December 5, and Lake Zurich High School on December 6. Mundelein and Lake Zurich student ambassadors that are able to assist, please see Ms. Martin.
SkillsUSA members are reminded to get their forms in for the Regional Competition being held on December 9, at the Technology Center of DuPage. Once registration has been approved, all program instructors will be notified.
Student Ambassadors that were not in attendance during last week’s meeting need to see Ms. Bourgeois in the front office to report your t-shirt size. Orders for the t-shirts will be placed this week. If you do not get your order in, you will not receive a t-shirt.
Please help those less fortunate this holiday season and donate a new toy to the Toys for Tots drive hosted by the Tech Campus. Toys will be collected through December 16. Your kindness and generosity is much appreciated! The drop off box will be in the front office.
The Cosmetology program is asking for everyone to collect aluminum pop tops for the Ronald McDonald House and Children’s Memorial Hospital. Pop tops can be dropped off in the front office and placed in the marked container. Collected pop tabs are recycled, generating much-needed funds to support the House and the nearly 1,900 families served each year. Your pop top donations are greatly appreciated.
Thank you to everyone that donated to the Medical Assisting annual food drive. We filled 35 boxes…you definitely made a difference!
Students, please share the fun and exciting things going on in your program areas with Ms. Martin. The Photographic Design program can come and capture the moment on film! We would love to share all that you do with your parents and schools through our Tech Campus Facebook page!

SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference 2011 Photos

Classes will not be held at the Tech Campus this Friday, November 11, in observation of Veteran's Day. We should all take time to thank those that serve, and have served, our country.
Pop tops are still being accepted in the front office for Children's Memorial Hospital.
The Tech Campus will be a drop-off site for Toys for Tots this winter. The collection of new toys will begin after Thanksgiving Break. Your donations are appreciated!
SkillsUSA members interested in competing at the Regional Competition should speak with their program instructors.
Congratulations to those SkillsUSA members that attended the Fall Leadership Conference! Students, you were AMAZING!
